This started as a one off bath flavor. Then folks wanted another batch. and another. IT was around the fourth 'one off batch' that we realized that maple wood smoked onions and Vermont grown chili peppers makes for some fabulous got sauce. This lightly smoky sauce is great on eggs, pizza, and charcuterie.
